The 819XX is B.O.T’s blanket model, created by carefully examining an original vintage piece and reconstructing the era’s workwear rationality and individual variation with modern techniques.

▶ 13.5oz denim / rope-dyed / rigid (unwashed)
▶ Sewn with cotton thread
▶ Stitching: a designed mix of orange × yellow (varies by area)
▶ Lining (blanket): the pattern and colors echo the impression of the verified vintage sample, with a more controlled (less fuzzy) surface texture.

A vintage process detail reinterpreted as a deliberate design element.
▶ Grain-direction “drift” (fabric direction variation)
The “drift” created by practical cutting efficiency is reproduced in selected areas.
▶ Variation in rivet stamping (individual differences)
Presence/absence and placement of stamps vary by piece. Requests cannot be accommodated.
▶ “White rust”–like aging effect (button finish)
The cloudy, whitish patina is created by processing (not deterioration).

⚫︎ Indigo may bleed/transfer, so please use caution with light-colored clothing, bags, etc.

⚫︎ The lining, buttons, rivets, and other components will show individual variation in appearance. Please understand this as part of the specification.
